During the consultation, we'll address your concerns, answer any questions, and provide personalized recommendations or treatment plans to help you achieve your desired results. Please note that consultations are required before booking appointments.

Neurotoxins and Anti-wrinkle Treatment

Treatment to decrease or minimize movement that causes wrinkles by using Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau.

Neurotoxins can also be used to treat symptoms of Hyperhidrosis and migraines.

Initial Visits (Testosterone Replacement, Medical Weight Loss, Pellet Therapy) ONLY

This treatment targets skin quality and assists with skin tightening over time. Medical Weight Loss - Monthly Follow-up Visit

This appointment is for patients currently taking Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and have had an initial weight loss appointment with our Nurse Practitioner at our clinic.

***If currently taking one of these medications but are new to Bellissimo Tampa, you MUST book and initial visit with the nurse practitioner first.

Fat Reduction Therapy

Must have consultation prior to booking this treatment.

Deoxycholic Acid (DCA) is used to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), commonly known as the "double chin".

Follow-up/Weekly Visit

Used for patients who need a follow-up appointment or a weekly visit for weight loss.

Laci Zastrow BSN RN

Laci is a Registered Nurse certified in Aesthetics who was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. She recently married in September, 2023 and spent her honeymoon in Bali.

Her nursing career started in orthopedic trauma and before tying the knot, she wanted to travel and see the country while practicing nursing. She decided to make the transition into travel nursing where she worked and resided in Milwaukee, Boston, Beverly Hills, Charleston, and Dallas. While living in some of these big cities, she realized her dream was to become an aesthetics nurse. She previously worked and managed Bellissimo Tampa location in WI but now relocated to the Tampa location here in Lithia, FL.
